I can't fathom how a 35% JV Partner has the right to put that in the sale contract. I call BS (on WPL, not what you've said Phillip321) and if this is the legal matter I can't see WPL getting it enforced. That said, I'm no lawyer...
Let's hope we can successfully PE so we don't even have to deal with this.
