Yes of course Id be happier if we had a clear case to PE Then onsell and retain some acreage, but in the absence of a clear cut case, and the alternative being significant legal costs to try and resurrect any PE rights with no guarantees that it would be pissible, Id be happy with some free carry to not PE. Just my opinion. I'd be happy with crumbs instead of a big fat legal bill and nothing at all to eat
