The fund manager that made that made the above call on Money of Mine was Sam Berridge from Perennial Partners.
Then after that Anthony Kavanagh from Chester Asset Management backed that up with comments around WA oil and gas consolidation.
stating that he believed that at least half of a list of smaller player in WA Oil and Gas would be no longer at the end of 2024.
That list was Strike Energy (STX), Cooper Energy (COE), Carnarvon Energy (CVN) & Comet Ridge (COI).
And also believed that Beach Energy (BPT) would not exist in its current form.
Was a very interesting listen!
