Poorly thought through and planned environmental laws, especially around indigenous groups. I am not a lawyer, but I know it's true because if they were well planned then this wouldn't be happening.
It appears to me that we need a total reform of the environmental system. Yes we need to look after the environment and be responsible in protecting the ecosystem in which we are able to live - and which lets us continue living, but everything should be based first on real science with a significant dose of pragmatism.
