But like others, it's tangled up in some very complex JVP partnerships, onshore and offshore, with their own self interests at heart.

Very interesting Peter Milne article attached re CVX's plans, tieing in CVX Clio-Acme into the WPL Trans-Carnarvon trunkline as they call it, at maybe the expense of Browse. CVX has an enormous amount of Gas to monetise off the NWS.

What is also interesting is it discusses CVX not taking the Shell/BP appease Greta direction, and ploughing forward, business as usual, also backing away from future Gas plays, and sticking to the comfortable, we understand it, oil plays, same as XON. Be interesting in the long run to see how that works for them.
