TOTAL Senegal have a refinery and servo network in the country as far as I can make out but I could not see any oil exploration or production for them in Senegal in a web search - I thought you might know given your earlier comments I though maybe you knew something about their operations there and could enlighten us. Their execs speak the local lingo, that's an advantage.
I would suggest WPL are not completely unknown to Senegal government folk that deal with oil exploration and development. WPL hold a block to the south of this block that is coming up to an exploration campaign. I make no broader claim than that.
