As Senegal government would back FAR here.
COP just has to correctly inform the other JV parties that they have 30 days to PE starting sometime this week.
COP should not care if FAR PE all they want is the cash.
Then the count down restarts.
But can WPL risk giving FAR 30 days more to PE?
Me thinks not.
