I would be very surprised if there are any other side deals.
These always get found out.
As to WPL making a bid, who really knows but as I have said before SNE JV owns one of the biggest oil fields still to be developed on the planet.
You know of my 3S mega idea, that is still a completely valid hypothesis as seen by CNE wanting to drill SIRIUS and the southern boundary of SNE pushing further S to Soleid.
So it's up to what WPL geologist tell PC and his board what the upside could be.
I sure FAR told there sugar daddy how big SNE could be.
