    You making the assumption that the problem with the PE notice is that COP selling there Senegal company, that might well not be the case. But it doesn't matter as WPL and COP have publicly stated that SNE Jv's have PE rights.

    The underlying problem for WPL is that COP accepted to low an offer. At USD 4 bucks a barrel the deal would most likely have been completed.
