Of course there are people that know. Management, their financial backers and any potential buyer.
The rest of us mugs are only going on the most likely scenario based on the information we know and speculation on the action taken so far. Some have indicated they know a little more (and have only given veiled hints) but being closer to the financial action can't reveal more.
We are all waiting for official confirmation.
