great point there is world wide ignoring of 'climate goals' and on top of Qatar's big increase, you have India thumbing their nose at the world on not only ng and LNG but coal! just like they are doing w buying from RU they are going to pollute away, again while AUS and US as you say get the shaft by cutting back! btw I have investment in coal and WDS is my largest energy holding, plan to add on this weakness.
