Long term wealth creation involves a matrix of both a return on my capital and a return of my capital.

If I am wrong, I miss an opportunity.
But for me personally the risk of entering now and achieving future sub-par returns by initiating a position at current share prices is greater than by standing on the sidelines.



Best I can say is that at current share prices, one should at at least get their capital back through future dividends.

But investing my personal capital, with a view to getting my capital back through future dividends at a 2026 forecast dividend of less than 5% (fully franked) is not my idea of wealth creation. At best it is wealth stability.

So no I am on the sidelines, waiting patiently....
