Non story.
The REAL story is that WDS have lodged an amended application on 19th October and NOPSEMA have 30 days to respond...or longer if required.
Additionally, WDS have consulted with Cooper and 80 other stakeholders including 10 first nations groups, and she's the only one whining about not getting enough attention.
Long story short, WDS have reviewed the findings, addressed the issue the court had (with their team of lawyers), and then re applied. Even if this application fails, they will rinse and repeat until its given the ok.
