Its a shame that ABC news don't report the story as you outlined it.
i.e.Consulted with Cooper and 80 other stakeholders and 10 first nations groups.
ABC reporting as it does Garners public opinion adding political weight to objections to Australian commodities companies developments that are essential for the economy of Australia.
Their should be a balance, but at the moment it looks out of kilter when the court can count alleged spiritual connections to a sea bed 11,000 years ago with no material evidence.
