You are conflating the two. Regarding this specific case for relevance for WDS. Meg (and her team) are making strategic investments - (that you as a retail investor) don’t agree with…. If you don’t agree with her leadership of WDS - vote accordingly . Or sell.It will take some years for the transformation. Won’t happen as soon as the ink dries in the deals…
