Wds can sell down Scarborough further another 20% and divest Sangoma to 50% from 80% to boost capital for divvies in next 2-3 yrs. With this crazily low sp, buy back would be better than dividend. There are 20 or so million short positions of Wds. 1 bil buyback would send Wds over 30 easily.
