a) quality of morning star analysts has declined over time. Lol just look at Morningstar analysts expectations for AZJ FY24 earnings
b) Dividend yield WILL NOT be 7.5% going forward.
c) Yes than NTA is useful, especially coupled with low debt for WDS. BUT, in the short term the market is a voting machine, in the long term a weighing machine. The board can't control the share price, that's up to the market, and the market is quite 'foolish' in the short term, both in its over pricing, and in it's under pricing. Lol that's how I make my money.
