Yes, the difference between a below average stock (currently WDS) and a well performing stock is the quality of management ie to plan and execute for the sh, not obsessed with green woke, or as you post, a program of green hedges. By any metric (eg comparison with the broader market, and its sector peers such as STO, not a special standout stock) WDS has morphed into a medium cap (from a high cap) mere below investment grade, trading only type stock. With the impending interim trading report to market on or about 27 August 2024, sh can only hope that all the bad news and mismanagement by the Board and CEO are baked into the current 12-month low sp.
