Citi analyst called Wds facing dividend cliff, copied from famous Ozzie mortgage cliff, 8 month ago. Slapped TR 24 to Wds and it went down to 27. Now with all those deals done and 1.3 divvies, his TR is 24.50. Just not see his logic. Hopefully, Brent stabilises quickly. There are some 200 mil barrels of SPR to be filled.
