Just to be clear, as to the separate entities, ie WPL and WDS, the latter commenced in 2022, when BHP demerger resulted in the divestment of some very questionable petroleum and gas assets, at a premium, into the newly created WDS. The cost base of the WDS share was assessed as $29.76, notably the last sale price of WDS is $24.77 as at close of trading on Friday 20 September 2024. So, when you regale us with your decades long investment in WDS, are you conflating the two companies, for which there is no real or credible comparative basis.
