I doubt Israel has the ability to attack irans nuclear works, some media reporting how well defended they are underground. Obviously assuming only conventional warfare.
i can’t see US allowing the oils price to soar again, ie oil infrastructure may be off limits.
but short term impacts via ports and transport, without too many civilian casualties? Yep, can imagine Israel hurting Iran there, proportionally. And without grossly escalating potential and actual war.
