I normally value your work noomxx, but have to argue with you on this one.
As you very well know, yield is a function of both the dividend CPS, and the share price.
Dividend CPS might come off in the years ahead, but the share price is heading south too!
The interaction between the two makes a 10% yield entirely possible, but not necessarily probably, in my humble view.
