Two positive articles, good to see WDS opening up a newish market in China and also rejuvenating some east coast Australian supply via Bass Strait. Hopefully the sell-down of Louisiana LNG is attracting strong pricing interest, would be nice to have a third positive announcement in short order. The SP doesn't seem to reflect the underlying value and potential AIMHO.
The PCL announcement will be interesting, the trading halt note is as below, as usual it doesn't give much away regarding what the decision actually is, but we will probably find out before the ASX opens today...
Pancontinental Energy NL, a company listed on the ASX, has requested a trading halt on its securities pending an announcement related to its PEL 87 project. The halt is intended to maintain an orderly market and manage disclosure obligations, with trading expected to resume by 19 March 2025 or upon the release of the announcement.
