Using the 12-24 months window example, during this approximate period, the majority of holders would probably be much net worse off with the WDS investment, in capital and dividends, varying to some degree as to date of actual transaction. As to WDS evolution, nothing to report there in any real positive manner, high value capex, and those overseas acquisitions, much of it to debt, now with a stretched balance sheet.
