Thanks Randa22, Nice to get an alternative view and I see what you mean: Labor dont want to piss off their green supporters right before an election, so they pretend wds is not going to happen, hence the delay and no decision, but after the election they need the money and green light it and their green supporters then say "we are so disappointed with labor".
