That’s a fair comment when it comes to approvals of sensible projects. I think anyone on any side of politics can agree on that.
Can’t speak about the average approval rates vs the previous LNP government where they held power over a decade (yet energy policy was never clear which meant investment was delayed in projects whether they were renewables or fossil fuels) but now the government is now in caretaker mode as the election has been called so unfortunately decisions will need to wait which is unfortunate.
Given Woodside are a significant donor to the ALP I’d assume they’ve bought themselves a reasonable amount of influence, but we’ll have to see.
