After observing the US markets Saturday morning and the performance of the energy sector over the financials, I was relieved that energy did well, down 0.62% against a 1.98% drawdown in financial stocks.
I assumed our energy sector would mirror the U.S however, once leaving the shops this morning in the car, I heard Albo had a two-point lead over the other puppet; instantly, I knew today would be a disaster on that news front.
Alas, once again a complete disconnect with the US sectors, AU energy down 2.68%, AU financials down 1.03%, maybe our oil and gas is of a lesser quality...lol
Delayed news on Louisiana, a political pawn in Australia, anything else?
