Was listening to his speech briefly, I think he said that 6 trillion of investment is flowing back into the US with commitments to build factories/plants off the back of these tariffs. Australia copped the baseline, or 100% tariff reciprocation at 10%.
I think he also said the tariff can disappear if you remove the tariff on the US, let's see what our pollies do in return.
Either way, 6 trillion is just the start he said, over time it will be more.
One issue he spoke over almost was "we must get the debt extension done" lol
