WDS is definitely undervalued but by how much I'm not exactly sure. Goldman Sachs is valuing it at $24.50 and Morningstar at $36.40.
The are a number of factors driving the share including the oil price. Just remember that the oil price is constantly moving. Sooner oil share prices normally move to around their intrinsic value (sometimes above it).
All i would suggest to shareholders to be patient.
