the discussion is not about 3rd qtr or 4th qtr. The discussion is whether WDS will give a 10% dividend return based on current share price.
Those that accumulated on the thesis that the dividend will be 10% in 2024 will be proven wrong, simple.
Those that have positions for other reasons (portfolio diversification etc), I am not commenting.
When investing (or speculating) one has an investment thesis.
If that thesis is the expectation of a 10% dividend for 2024, that thesis will be proven wrong this year.
Simple.
