Yes, very timely and astute as to the increasing concerns of the status and stability of WDS. Perhaps, more retail holders should be solely concerned with their holdings, given post-election, the utter dominance of Federal Labor and the Greens, and to a lesser extent the Teals. As to your central question, somewhat hypothetical, as there are numerous issues to contemplate and then the way forward. For example, would WDS move to, or bought out by private equity, or remain a publicly listed stock. Open to better information on this, but company incorporation in the USA is usually a State jurisdiction (Delaware is popular for some), or can be a combination of Federal, State and local jurisdictions. @JCoure anything to add on this?
However, if there are remaining operations for WDS in Australia and its Territories, then those compliance obligations remain.
