NH3 Clean Energy signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the proposed Angel carbon capture and storage project joint venture, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.The MoU outlines the company's collaboration with the project for carbon capture and sequestration services for its WAH2 clean ammonia project, the filing said.The project is a proposed offshore, multi-user, large-scale facility to be located in Western Australia and operated by Woodside Energy, per the filing.Shares were up 8% in morning trade on Thursday
