listened to that ABC podcast, no mention of the Billions of dollars that will come into WA/Australia via taxes, levies, wages and local contractor payments in order to develop the gas fields. How is australia going to fund Net Zero ambitions if you make Australia un-investable by blocking major projects and make the hoops people need to jump through so small its impossible. Greenies dont understand that these major companies literally make it possible for the government to spend money on "green" initiatives and social endeavours. Dont get in the way of progress unless you want to stop progress. And if people are mad that Woodside is going to be making huge profits from the extension, then get on board and enjoy the dividends, last time i checked the yield was 7+%, much better than any savings account.
