Has something in sell down in USA just failed?
The morning movement seems like funds making it volatile and possibly a load of shorts trying to hammer it. This is on a massive scale and doesn't mirror market or oil as such so is WDS specific. Not like it over-ran on the upside to full value ?
Did a fund trader put in a wrong price or volume and get caught?
