The money being pulled from WDS isn't flowing to STO which is still holding up OK but would be powering ahead if funds were switching directly.
Not sure where the $ are flowing to but med term WDS starting to look cheap unless they have some news to share that analysts have worked out regarding a particular project , funding etc and broarder market hasn't yet awakened to.
It appear is there is no terrible news is that is it just find money following momentum so it will be oversold and then well oversold for a short period with a bounce. Unfortunately due to all the "green" $ out there the bounce and return to fair value won't be as fast if it follows the same momentum as STO has.
Make me wonder if there isn't pairs or other leveraged portfolio trades out there being marketed to insto funds and now divvy is out of the way they all loaded up and are literally creating the move regardless of fundamentals but are somehow covered from realising the downside. If not there is some massive losses on the books somewhere outside of Aust as Aust $ decline has made it less painful for some investors
Amazing how market sentiment against a stock / management can be the creator of such large movements in value all ?based on management change and green outlook and forgetting the next 20 plus years of profitable project maturity .
