There must be some serious reason that WDS are hanging out for the Seismic licence rights.
Perhaps there is something in the Namibian Government legal sphere that they are concerned about that we are unaware of.
Perhaps the ownership of the 3D seismic rests with the government and therefore WDS would not have unrestricted access to it or to be able share it with another party.
I cannot think of any other reason that they would be so focussed on achieving the rights and for there to be such a holdup from the Namibian government for acknowledging the access rights.
There must be some serious reason that WDS are hanging out for...
