Maybe the delay is for some entirely different reason , like the data shows such a large discovery they are deciding which way to play it ?. I would think that could be quite possible, do others not think that ?. Maybe WDS is trying to put a deal together with say EXXON, who WDS,s Meg O'Neil has good relationship with for many years ?.
