There are a lot of knowledgeable posters here analyzing every word and every scenario, so I doubt that.
I know a lot of posters say wait for it, be patient. Nothing you can do. I don't agree with that thinking. We want nothing more than news that was announced in February to be coming in April, and yes, also promised progressive reports meanwhile. I think waiting from April to now is pretty patient!
