The way I see it we still don't actually know what the PE period is.
Just because a few oil posters say 30 days doesn't mean it is. Could be 60 or even 90 days.
So speculation on legal problems is just speculation in my view. And yes I can see how COP selling there Senagal subsidiary company an interesting legal gambit but WPL said that the deal was subject to PE from the JV SO IT IS.
FAR isn't going say a thing until all the ducks are lined up.
IE they PE and WPL have to come on market.
WPL can't afford not to complete !
The way I see it we still don't actually know what the PE period...
