Ultimately, here's an asset test. Would WPL as at 30 June be in a position to onsell their clear title and controlled 35% share of the block for which they have guaranteed future economic benefits? Would FAR be able to do the same with their 15% having met all PE rights for sale? Plenty of pressure for WPL to book the right as a pure asset by 30 June imo..
