Szaba, you are quite right but you have failed to recognise that their has been no formal response to the dispute by FAR by the other party. Therefore either FAR run the gauntlet and go to arbitration or WPL believe SNE is more important in being resolved, or COP respond to the dispute and refute the claim providing details. Then and only then can you make the claim of feignous incompetence when the case has more clarity. TBH the latest developments are indicating to me at least that there is valid contention as I believe the govt of Senegal would tell FAR to pull their head in or get out of SNE. That imho is what cne and wpl, oops COP too were and are still hoping for. To date one can assume the opposite has occurred and hence the WPL annt. All imho
