Whatever FAR needs to do to get money from these bullies is perfectly fine by me. Whether this is "blackmail" or just FAR protecting their rights in the JV by not being taken advantage of, it doesn't bother me.

It quite obvious COP/WPL (and CNE also but maybe to lesser extent) have leaned on FAR due to their limited availability of resources and capital and expected to get away Scott free and without response. They play this game week in week out with smaller partners on big projects. Try to squeeze the life out of them into selling a quality asset at basement prices. They don't blink an eye at doing this and the damage it cause to all the investors of said companies.

I will be chuffed if FAR come out of this on top and my current low estimation of mangement will go up a notch or two.
