That had been my point all along since September last year - they were playing with a bluff hand.
You can not claim or prove an economic loss with a bluff at Arbitration - can only prove you suffered a bruised ego by being outplayed - that is all.
So their current strategy is to delay WPL in order to extract something from them.
Dangerous game though, I am sure CNE and the Gov of Senegal are watching and listening.
And their tolerance of these shenanigans will only go so FAR.
Lets see if FAR will get something or be told to be a team player and support the new Captain.
