Em but where has it been stated we have appointed a new captain?.
Until it is signed off within the JOA just intent by one party - the project will not be delayed and just think if the GOvt really wanted to fast track and support this as you say then best support a proven operator and others seem to offer significantly more than WPL. Just going over old ground bets let the situation play out one way or another
