According to FAR, COP would have a right to PE the FAR 15% should FAR be taken over or sell their share.....and similar if CNE sold, COP would have PE rights.

WPL have booked the Senegal asset. FAR have a different (and strategic) position to WPL which guides their actions. How long till WPL lay out enough cash incentive to the "sophisticated investors" that are the FAR major holders to get the tumour removed from their SNE brain, delaying these things makes it more complex and costly. There is probably only 12 months more max of this game to play. FAR are in a strong position with their CR to delay WPL operatorship for another year at least, let the games begin.
