As you know kk, I have a different take on this.
I don't think PC can fix this, except by possibly getting control of Far. Even then they may have trouble getting the Govt to approve any deal. Possible that they may be forced, for they need valid grounds not to approve?
Because I don't believe that the Govt wants WPL operating this project. Just don't see that the face fits.
CN will know what the Govt wants.
CN won't do any deal without the nod of the Govt.
I think PC is in a real bind here.
I don't think FAR wants money at this point. They want PE.
I always wonder though what FAR's registrar looks like and what games may have been played there.
