This is a mighty big claim you are making here.
Once the transaction has settled to a third party and your rights were denied, you may claim damages from the Seller, generally not much else. This is a long and difficult route.
You are suggesting the deal is done and the best FAR could hope for is some damages?
That is a very ugly outcome if you are correct and not what most here are waiting on.
