Your point about the David verses Goliath senario I take issue with.
Firstly COP have confirmed FAR have PE rights and FAR confirmed they requested the information to allow them to consider PE. My point is this boils down to did COP provide that information in sufficient detail to allow FAR to consider PE yes or no. Why do you need an army of cleaver lawyers in a French court to resolve that, COP either have the evidence to support their case or they do not.
My take on this is that FAR may be facing an army of clever lawyers but those lawyers are staring down the barrel of a Sherman tank, with FAR's finger on the firing button.
