I think that if someone want to buy up big then if it pushes up the stocks price, so be it. Why should holders be disadvantaged. Likewise if they are a big seller, if it moves the market down because they want to sell when no-one wants to buy then so bit it, find a bridge & get over it.

Dark pools are just a way to circumvent a significant part of the market and should be illegal.

Also, as the next quarterly is just 2 to max 3 weeks away, i doubt PGI will put out anything else before then.
