    I think the more obvious outcome is Lukoil take FAR out completely.
    But llike Szaba I think depends on Wpl Pe ING.

    Imo the only way Wpl can prevent the sale is via Pe rights.
    The JV run under Senegalese law.
    Any sanctions mean nothing because each individual JV member has the right o sell their share of oil
